Looks that police officer never saw “Deathproof” by Tarantino and didn’t knew that riding the hood can be fun.
You can see that the bad guy obviously had some problems with his firearm. However his gun didn’t jammed, as I thought in the beginning. The thing is that after bad guy fired once, he accidentally released the clip of his gun, dropping 15 live rounds on the ground.
