Wow. Now how many lives do you suppose that cop endangered by shooting at that guys tires? Newsflash – bullets often ricochet! If I was the driver, I would take off too – I mean, some nut shooting at my car, heck yeah I’m gonna do my best to get get as far away from them as possible!
You take off when the red and blues start flashing at you and you may end up like this. Whos to say that the person driving the car hasn’t comitted a murder. Either way the cop was doing his job, so whos the nut? The guy running from 15 cops or the cops chasing him? Hmmm…
