Okay I agree that 63 yrs is a load of crap but I also think the racist remarks are a load of crap. People like you are the reasons there is such a distrust amongst other minorities and I get that its a different world down south but talk about unneccessary. If you want to voice your opinion thats one thing but to go as low as making slurs such as those is redundant it just makes you look uneducated and nieve. Besides maybe the murder rates are higher amongst African Americans but down south white males are the predominent pedohphiles….so what does that say about white males…..just making a point. As an officer and as a citizen I have zero tolerance for either but more so for pedophiles than murderers…Murders have a chance of rehabilitation where as kiddy didlers do not.
Also FYI 63 years is more then what the CDN system would give…..life here is 25 years max

It’s not about race; many of you people are looking for reasons to use negative racial tone. A criminal is a criminal despite their color. Yes, it was a terrible crime to shot an officer of the law however, would we accept or feel sympathy for the offender if he was white.
Really you people need to grow up and contribute to the solution instead of being part of the problem.

There is a difference between blacks and black Americans. Black: want to be black and live the life of black. black Americans: be American, nothing short of it. Glad to see the officer survived. I personally hate watching these types of videos, cant stand see and upstanding officer go down under bullets.
